We have worked in the tool making, patternmaking and foundry industries for many years, and have been heavily involved in the production of cast and machined tooling and components for interior trim automotive industry for components such as Floor mats Bulkhead Pads, Headliners, Bonnet Pads, Parcel Shelves, Noise Shields, Boot Carpet Assemblies / Spare Wheel Covers, Interior Trim, Heat Shields, and Sound Insulation products. Produced in moulded Cotton or Glass Felt, Polyester, ‘Tritex’, Polyurethane, Hard Board, ‘Azdel’ as well as foundry patterns for many foundries in the South East, Our highly skilled pattern makers are fully equipped to produce patterns in a range of materials to meet your requirements of both quality and cost. A large range of patterns can be produced by using various methods and materials.

Our patternmaking range of services also includes the capability to reverse engineer patterns and tools. We can produce accurate patterns for customers who only have a sample casting. This means any cast component can be duplicated and there is no need to produce drawings as we have the skill and expertise to make foundry patterns by copying an original component.
